We will work with clients to identify, assess and prioritize loss sources. Cambridge Risk Control uses a results oriented approach to the safety of its client’s employees. We employ a Management Driven/Behavior Based safety model. The model does not specifically center on traditional behavioral based safety ideals. The overall program focuses on developing positive human behaviors by targeting the front line supervisors and general labor force.
