Cambridge Solutions Ltd Appoints Blake Willardsen to Executive Vice President of BPO Sales and Business Development

Greenwich, CT, April 24, 2008 — Cambridge Solutions Ltd., the strategic global outsourcing firm, announced today that Blake P. Willardsen has been appointed Executive Vice President of BPO Sales and Business Development. Mr. Willardsen will report to Wesley O’ Brien, President of Cambridge Solutions.

Cambridge's BPO division specializes in finance and accounting, process consulting, transaction processing, and claims and risk management outsourcing. In his new role, Willardsen will be responsible for expanding the current BPO capabilities and driving accelerated growth.

Prior to joining Cambridge, Willardsen was EVP Sales & Business Development for Vanguard Info-Solutions, Inc., as well as a member of their Board of Directors. Under his leadership, Vanguard grew from $220m to over $570m in total revenue during his four-year tenure.

Previously, Mr. Willardsen was the SVP of Sales at StarTek in Denver, Colorado. Through his sales leadership, StarTek experienced record breaking growth and profitability. Previous to StarTek, he owned an IT outsourcing firm that also experienced tremendous growth and which was ultimately acquired by a national application software company.
